How do I get started?

I want to go ahead but I am worried it will be difficult to get everything set up?
Yes, this does sound daunting but I will be happy to take control and guide you through everything. I have an efficient onboarding process to make this is as easy as possible, including all the legal documents needed to protect both you and I.
The support I need is not listed on your Services page?

I need one-off support for a project?
If you need support for a specific one-off project, which is not appropriate for the retainer package or ad-hoc options; I will be happy to discuss a bespoke project price with you
What are your working hours?
My hours are extremely flexible over 7 days due to the nature of some of the businesses I support and my inbox is always open.
What if I need you to work more hours than we had agreed?
No problem (subject to availability!). I will never exceed the agreed hours without your say so, but if you do require additional time, this will be charged in increments of 15 minutes (rounded up), at the same hourly rate.
How is time tracked and invoiced?
I use Toggl to record my time and can generate a report to keep you updated on hours used/remaining throughout the month.
How do I know how long each task has taken?
All time is recorded using time tracking software and weekly and monthly reports are available.
Am I tied into a contract with a retainer package?
Retainer packages are a rolling monthly agreement, with no minimum term. I do require 1 months’ notice to terminate, to ensure both you and I can plan our time effectively. Retainers must be paid monthly in advance.
What are your payment terms?
Payment terms are 7 days from the date of invoice. Retainer packages must be paid in advance.
Are you insured?
Yes, public liability and professional indemnity insurance. A certificate can be provided if required.
Is there a Confidentiality agreement in place?
I understand how important confidentiality is to my clients. I am happy to sign a non-disclosure and data processing agreements. There are also confidentiality clauses within my own terms and conditions
